ORGANIC PANELA SUGAR / MULTI-TASK / FRUITY
Ecuador 65% reveals an initial acidity that is immediately followed by notes of tropical and candied fruits. It is a powerful chocolate with a long lasting finish. We use ‘Panela’, a traditional organic brown sugar produced in the jungle near Quito by local sugar cane farmers, in this couverture. Its rich flavor complements the final nutty aromas of the chocolate. To make this chocolate we have also added extra "Arriba" cacao butter, ensuring that it is a fluid coverture suitable for enrobing or hand dipping as well as for molding.

This product may contain traces of nuts, peanut, gluten, sesame, egg proteins.This product is produced in a facility that also uses milk.
We have the world’s finest cacao right on our doorstep. Our sugar is grown locally and our milk produced by small communities of dairy farmers. No wonder our chocolate is so delicious.
Our journey started over ten years ago when we set ourselves an ambitious mission, to locally produce the most authentic Latin American chocolate, protecting and developing sustainable fine cacao production.
