This 70% dark chocolate is made from a blend of fine aroma cocoas from Ecuador and Peru. We have combined the fruity profile of the Peruvian beans with the roasted notes of the Ecuadorian Cacao Arriba, balancing acidity and bitterness. This blend has notes of ripe fruits such as pear and fig jam. It is a very practical chocolate and easy to use in confectionery; very fluid, suitable for wrapping.
Ingredients:
Cocoa liquor from Ecuador and Peru, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla extract. Possible presence of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, pecans), peanuts, gluten, sesame seeds, milk proteins, egg and soy. This product is produced in a facility that also uses milk.
