We have created a culture based on teamwork, respect, dialogue, and trust. We consider our collaborators to be an essential pillar in the development of our entire value chain. We believe that our people are the center of the company, for this reason we have created a corporate culture concept that will help reinforce our vision and essence. "Our República" is a space where we grow and develop as human beings around a common purpose, fine aroma chocolate.
All this corporate culture is supported by the concept of "Our Republica," which represents a movement of values, stories, and information that keep our links between areas and business units interwoven, representing a comprehensive space for co-creation and development. The emblem embodies our reason for being: a cob of fine aroma cacao, from which people come together to create experiences for the brand.
At República del Cacao we celebrate the efforts of our employees by integrating them in activities that motivate them to generate collaborative, trusting and respectful relationships:
- We do sports together: in 2021, we reactivate the use of our sports facilities to promote group and individual sports once again.
- Team Trips to the communities: As a goal for networking and outreach, we take into account, as attendees to the visits to our allied communities, our various collaborators from both administrative areas and the production area.
- Additionally, during 2021, 2022, and 2023, members of our management team participated in knowledge exchange trips to internationally renowned gastronomic events such as the SIRHA fair in Lyon, France, and the Bocuse d'Or final. We celebrate achievements in various ways with surprises and events that promote team cooperation and interaction.
