Pastry Week Chile 2025: Celebrating Latin American Pastry Excellence

An unforgettable week for professional pastry in Chile came to an end. Pastry Week Chile 2025 was a true celebration of the sweet world, where technique, creativity and collaboration became the protagonists.

During five intense days, pastry chefs, students, teachers and pastry lovers lived a unique experience. With a luxury panel, live demonstrations, master classes and meeting spaces, this event became a point of reference for those who seek to promote gastronomy from knowledge and passion.

Thanks to Javier Guillén, Pachi Larrea, Sebastián Araya, Alban Barta and Eugenio Moral for being part of this edition that reinforces the growth of the Latin American gastronomic sphere from knowledge and collaboration.

With more than 400 participants, this edition reaffirmed Pastry Week's key role in strengthening the Latin American pastry ecosystem.

Pastry School by Gourmet Select, led by the talented Chef Alban Barta, made this extraordinary edition possible, guided by a deep commitment to excellence.

We are also grateful for the valuable participation of our partner schools, INACAP and Le Cordon Bleu, who joined us with enthusiasm and professionalism, further enhancing the quality of the meeting.
