Pastry Uruguay 2025: Celebrating Latin American Pastry Excellence
Latin American pastry has a powerful identity that deserves to be celebrated, shared and perfected. Therefore, we are proud to have been part of Pastry Uruguay 2025, an unforgettable experience for professional pastry in the region.
It was a day of intense work, preparation and dedication, but also of enjoyment, learning and emotion shared with a group of extraordinary people. More than 170 participants lived a unique experience, training with international references who not only shared their technique, but also their passion for the craft. Master classes, live demonstrations and exchange spaces turned this edition into a true meeting point for those who dream of continuing to build a pastry with purpose.
We had the honor of accompanying great international references such as Javier Guillén, Pachi Larrea, Julia Debicki and Eugenio Moral, who, with generosity and mastery, shared their knowledge, their vision and their art. Their dedication was the heart of this experience.
We are deeply grateful to Sofitel Montevideo, headed by Diego Marcone, for opening its doors and believing in the transforming power of excellence. To Saint Germain Boulangerie, for joining us with commitment and raising the level of the event. And to Ignacio Medina, for giving us his critical eye and his love for gastronomy as a luxury host.
From República del Cacao, we reaffirm our commitment to the development of pastry talent in the region. We take with us inspiration, great moments and the certainty that, when we work together, we grow much more than recipes: we strengthen a pastry culture that honors the origin and the technique, making Latin American pastries and pastries continue to grow thanks to spaces like this.
