República del Cacao launches its new White Chocolate with Cacao Nibs bar, a beautiful combination between the very unique Ecuador White Chocolate and local tasty cacao nibs.

The white chocolate in this bar is the first ever Ecuador Origin White Chocolate. All our ingredients are sourced locally, right here in Ecuador, our cacao & pure cane sugar were grown in our coastal plains next to the Pacific Ocean. Our milk is produced by a small farming community in the foothills of the Cayambe Volcano near Quito. This unique milk has a natural sweetness and a great fresh cream taste.
This white chocolate is very creamy, & seems almost slightly salty at first, its flavor is then reminiscent of fresh hazelnut and it finishes with a touch of natural vanilla. We were careful to use as little sugar as possible.
In addition, the cacao nibs complement very well the white chocolate, offering bitterness to its creamy flavor, and adding a crunchy texture to it. Plus, cacao nibs have many various health benefits as they contain natural antioxidants, and are one of the best sources of magnesium and help calm anxiety.
