República del Cacao now available in the UK!
República del Cacao is a local brand with global impact, our products can be found in more than 20 countries around the world. We create chocolates with excellence and dedication from the hand of expert chocolatiers who are in charge of bringing the flavors and aromas of fine cocoa from our region to the world. As of March 22nd our professional (B2B) product line will be available in the United Kingdom through distributor Henley Bridge.
Henley Bridge is part of the Food Service Premium (FSP) group. Its objective is to support chefs in creating moments of joy through food. The range of products that will be available through this distributor are our White Chocolate Ecuador 35%, Milk Chocolate Ecuador 40% Caramelized, Dark Chocolate Ecuador 56% Fluid, Dark Chocolate Ecuador 65%, Dark Chocolate Blend Ecuador + Peru 70% and Dark Chocolate Ecuador Amazonia 75%.
Evan Millar, our Senior Business Development Manager in the UK, gives us plenty of motivation for this new path the company is embarking on, he says:
"... the difference is the passionate team we have here in the UK plus our team in Ecuador, and of course our authenticity. So far I have not seen any other brand in the market that can compete on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), telling a real story, its origins, full traceability of South American raw materials and quality. The distinctive flavors of each profile of República del Cacao products will make the biggest difference. Personally, I think these are profiles that the European market is going to love."
Evan also believes that our Amazonia 75% dark chocolate will become a "best-seller" in the country, thanks to its unique flavor notes that come from the Sacha cocoa beans.

CANADA
Canada consolidated its position this year as a key market in República del Cacao's international expansion, with the official launch of the brand in Montreal and Toronto, two cities renowned for their diverse gastronomic scene and high professional standards.
These events were led by Andrea López, our corporate chef at República del Cacao, who spearheaded the brand presentation, accompanied by chef Javier Guillén. Together, they shared with customers and potential customers a direct approach to our brand's culinary philosophy and the essence of Latin American chocolate.
One of the highlights of this visit was the creation of a dessert buffet, designed and executed by Andrea as a demonstration of the technical potential, versatility, and functionality of chocolate in professional applications. The proposal included chocolates with different fillings, mini desserts with multiple textures, petit fours, mini cookies, and mini cakes, developed with a conscious gastronomy approach, with less sugar, less fat, and a focus on highlighting the unique notes of each cocoa origin.
The activations took place in high-end gastronomic venues. In Montreal, preparations were carried out in the Sofitel's pastry shop, alongside its kitchen team. In Toronto, the work was carried out with the support of the Four Seasons team, creating a professional environment that allowed for in-depth exploration of the creative and technical potential of the products.
Beyond culinary demonstrations, these meetings allowed us to deepen our dialogue with the Canadian gastronomic community, understand market needs, and strengthen relationships in a country that particularly values the triple social, environmental, and economic impact.
