Together We Are Community 2024
One of the fundamental pillars promoted by República del Cacao is formed around fine cocoa with Latin American aroma, high quality gastronomy, chefs and active gastronomic agents in Ecuador: The Community.
Under this premise arises the concept "Somos Comunidad" (We are Community), which creates a space where we enjoy all the elements that unite and inspire us. This year 2024 we joined together in the event "Together We Are Community", with excellent food and a vibrant network of people, with whom we shared memorable moments. It was an opportunity to get closer, listen to the challenges and opportunities that have arisen throughout the year, and strengthen the bonds that are generated around the development of Ecuadorian gastronomy.
The day began with words from our collaborators, which gave way to the celebration of various achievements of our allies. The catering, provided by Epikus, offered a variety of snacks full of Ecuadorian identity, including a station of ceviches, corviches and aji de carne with maduro foam, which delighted the guests. The sweet bites were an ode to our pastry chefs, allowing us to enjoy the signature desserts of chefs from the community, each with their own sweet touch.
