We are here Brazil! República del Cacao was present at FIPAN 2022 in Sao Paulo

 

FIPAN is the 5th biggest pastry and confectionery fair in the world and one of the most important fairs in the confectionery and pastry Latin American market. It is held every year in Brazil and República del Cacao was present in its 2022 edition that took place in the city of Sao Paulo at Expo Center Norte.  

The fair was put on pause for two years due to the pandemic, with a digital edition held in 2020. And now it came back stronger than ever with the participation of 400 brands and 350 exhibitors. Since it was the first time República del Cacao was part of FIPAN, our participation had to be memorable. We were present with a 30 sq stand where visitors were able to taste the products from our professional use line that will be available in Brazil, chocolate bonbons made by our Corporate Chef, Andrea López and ice creams elaborated by a fancy ice cream maker from Sao Paulo. These visitors were also welcomed by our team, Philippe Bongrain, our CEO, Belén Vallejo, our Marketing and Customer Service Manager, Antonio Tolsada, our Latin American Brand Manager and Antonio Moreira, our Brazil Brand Manager.  

Moreover, we also had the participation of our new Corporate Chef in Brazil, Diego Lozano, and two other of our Ally Chefs, Gustavo Sáez and Javier Guillén. They also greeted our visitors on our stand, showed the uses of our products and developed pastry workshops where people were able to learn and see the distinctive characteristics of our chocolates and why República del Cacao is known by its quality and excellence standards. 

Antonio Moreira said, "Republica del Cacao could not have better timing to arrive in Brazil! (…) Many well-known chefs, pastry, and chocolate shops representatives had the chance to know this new player in the Brazilian chocolate market and many contacts are about to be made. We are sure this was the first of many events to promote República del Cacao in Brazil and the feeling is that we have a great path to grow in the country.”  

We are a local brand with global impact and are immensely proud to arrive in new markets with a traceable, authentic, and excellent chocolate that will inspire more chefs around the world and will be used for creations with an impactful story behind.
