Chokao 2025 was the country's most relevant event for those involved in the world of cocoa and chocolate. A meeting and learning space

Chokao's programming integrated all industry stakeholders with activities designed to inspire and strengthen the cocoa value chain. The event included a trade fair, a gastronomic congress with seminars and masterclasses dedicated to culinary education, as well as workshops and discussions that promoted the national meeting of producers.

One of the most outstanding moments was the national elimination round of the Paco Torreblanca competition, organized by the Escuela de los Chefs in Guayaquil. In this setting, República del Cacao participated as the official brand, reaffirming its commitment to excellence and the development of Ecuadorian chocolate talent.

The hallmark of our corporate chef: conscious gastronomy and inspiration

Our corporate chef Andrea Lopez presented a masterclass on conscious gastronomy, accompanied by the creation of an appetizer that reflected the power of innovating while respecting the origin of the ingredients.

Chef Fran Segura, a Spaniard who gained significant recognition in 2024 at the World's Best Chocolate Cake competition, also joined her. During his presentation, he shared his experience and techniques in preparing éclairs, pâte à choux, and his acclaimed chocolate cake, all made with products from República del Cacao.
