Together We Are Community 2024
Around fine aroma Latin American cacao, high-quality gastronomy, and active chefs and gastronomic agents from Ecuador, one of the fundamental pillars that República del Cacao promotes is formed: the Community.
Under this premise, the concept «Somos Comunidad» (We Are Community) emerges, creating a space where we enjoy all the elements that unite and inspire us. This year, 2024, we come together for the event «Juntos Somos Comunidad» (Together We Are Community), with excellent food and a vibrant network of people, with whom we share memorable moments. It's an opportunity to connect, listen to the challenges and opportunities that have arisen throughout the year, and strengthen the bonds that are generated around the development of Ecuadorian gastronomy.
The day began with words from our collaborators, which led to the celebration of various achievements by our allies. The catering, by Epikus, offered a variety of small bites full of Ecuadorian identity, including a ceviche station, corviches, and ají de carne with plantain foam, which delighted the guests. The sweet bites were an ode to our pastry chefs, allowing us to enjoy signature desserts from community chefs, each with their own sweet touch.
