Cacao Workshop at Gato Dumas Institute: Inspiration and Learning

The kitchens of the Gato Dumas Institute were filled with inspiration during a cacao workshop led by Chef Pachi Larrea, an allied chef of República del Cacao and author of "The World's Best Chocolate Cake 2024." Throughout the sessions, the chef shared his knowledge, techniques, and recipes, offering attendees the opportunity to learn, taste, and discover new ways to work with chocolate.

It was an enriching learning experience that allowed participants to explore the world of chocolate from an innovative and creative perspective.
