For República del Cacao, participating in this award is an opportunity to discover Latin American gastronomy helmed by the creative hands of avant-garde chefs; its relationship with local ingredients and culinary methodologies that highlight the region's unique flavors. Arnaud Monmarché, B2B director of República del Cacao commented:

“Being part of Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants shows us that there is a generation of talented chefs challenging the way they use their materials, seeking origin, traceability, and purpose in each of their creations. We try to support these needs through the use of our chocolate, highlighting a diverse Latin America.”

The seventh edition of Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants will be hosted by Argentina. William Drew, Content Director for the event, comments:

“As an organization, we’ve had incredible success with every edition of Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants. Previously, the event has been celebrated in Colombia, Mexico, and Peru. This year, we are thrilled to be hosting the awards in Buenos Aires, celebrating its cuisine, its proud heritage, the city's gastronomy, and its local wine culture.”

We will share more information about this monumental event in the coming weeks.
