Juan Grassano & Fiorella Egaña – Uruguay 2025

We had an incredible experience in the kitchens of the Gato Dumas Institute, where over 40 participants gathered for a special masterclass. Together with chefs Juan Grassano and Fiorella Egaña, we explored the art of chocolate making using our Latin American-origin chocolate.

It was an opportunity to learn, share, and enjoy the passion for chocolate in a collaborative and educational environment.
