A New Year's Eve to celebrate: Cacao and its people
At República del Cacao, we know that every cocoa bean that goes into our chocolate tells a story. It is the fruit of long days of work in harmony with the earth, of knowledge passed down through generations, and a passion for excellence that cannot be found in any other product.
That's why we pay tribute to our field allies, our cocoa farmers from Vinces, at our Collection Center.
We are conducting a tasting of República del Cacao chocolates of various percentages and origins to strengthen your knowledge of how your work directly impacts the final product, raise your awareness of cacao quality, and promote a deeper connection between producers and the market.
Likewise, we provided them with a toolkit to use on their farms, and finally, we held a sharing session that included, of course, our delicious chocolate.
This event, held with the purpose of thanking and highlighting the essential role of our cacao farmers, was much more than a celebration: it was a reaffirmation of our commitment to them and to a sustainable and fair production model.
And so, as we close another year, we do so with gratitude and hope, celebrating those who make it possible for every República del Cacao chocolate to also be a symbol of pride and heritage.
