Andrea López Heads to Panama – 2025

 In Panama, we held a series of workshops and training sessions with our Corporate Chef Andrea López and Pedersen Pro. It was an opportunity to explore key chocolate and pastry techniques with our fine aroma chocolate, sharing spaces for exchange and learning with a community passionate about authentic flavor.

We thank all participants for their enthusiasm and commitment. We love to see how the knowledge gained becomes inspiration for new creations.
