This 62% dark chocolate is made with ﬁ ne cacao from the Dominican Republic. Its ﬂ avor proﬁ le presents notes of black fruits, ripe fruits such as pear, raw cocoa and a slight acidity. This chocolate is ideal for applications like ganache or coating.
