Peru is still relatively unknown as a rich cacao terroir, even though Peruvian plantations are well tended and the climate is very favorable - warm and sunny and not too humid. This cacao liquor is made from Criollos from the coastal regions, where farmers produce a wide variety of clean tasting cacaos. This liquor is fresh and reminiscent of red berries, with an acidic finish.

This product is produced in a facility that also uses milk. This product may contain traces of nuts, peanut, gluten, sesame, soya and egg proteins.
We have the world’s finest cacao right on our doorstep. Our sugar is grown locally and our milk produced by small communities of dairy farmers. No wonder our chocolate is so delicious.
Our journey started over ten years ago when we set ourselves an ambitious mission, to locally produce the most authentic Latin American chocolate, protecting and developing sustainable fine cacao production.
