Chocolate researchers Jose Lopez Ganem (Boston University), Dr. Carla D. Martin (Harvard University), and Dr. Kathryn Sampeck (University of Reading) held intimate, expert-led tours of archeological Mesoamerican pieces related to cacao before they return to their countries of origin in Central America.
