The Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie National Mexican Selection took place during SIRHA Mexico on February 2017 - all with República del Cacao chocolate.

Mexico Pastry Championship

Created by Gabriel Paillasson at the end of the 80s, during Sirha Lyon exhibition, the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie was designed to show the excellence and creativity of the art of pastry. 
Prestigious contest in their compulsory stage in the selection process for the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, Copa Maya 2018 will take place within the framework of Sirha Mexico 2017. Six teams from different parts of Mexico were selected on September 2016 to train the different teams. Then, the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie Mexican Selection officially took place during the national SIRHA Mexico on February 2017 –
and República del Cacao had the honnor to be the official sponsor. Congratulations to the finalists, chef Victor Rivera and chef Francisco Vazquez! They will represent México in the Copa Maya in 2018 at a continental level, looking for a place for the grand finale in Sirha Lyon, France in 2019.
